We follow strict sanitation protocols including disinfecting all tools and surfaces between clients, requiring staff to wear masks, and providing hand sanitizer throughout the salon. All our staff are fully vaccinated and we maintain proper ventilation in our space.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for regular services, and 3-6 months in advance for bridal appointments or large group bookings. Popular stylists may have longer wait times.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Yes! We offer physical and digital gift cards in any denomination. They can be purchased in-salon or through our website and never expire. Gift cards make perfect presents for birthdays, holidays, or just to show someone you care.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, cash, and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept KDJ Salon gift cards and offer financing options for larger services.
